Overview
Despite being launched in 2022, MoneyWalk has seen its rank in the App Store continuously decline, resulting in poor profitability.
Various challenges, such as the launch of a Web3-based NFT service, were undertaken, but no clear solutions emerged.
To address this, we leveraged insights from 200 UX psychology principles learned from our UX psychology studies to solidify MoneyWalk's investment-realization system, thereby enhancing customer awareness and retention.
Starting point
The questions were,
"To be in the top 5 of simultaneously installed apps, shouldn't users be able to earn more money in a month compared to the 6th ranked app?"
"Before that, shouldn't users easily know how much they can earn in a month with MoneyWalk?"
"The current MoneyWalk has a non-intuitive investment-realization system, how can we improve it?"
